Roy Gerards - Managing Director
Roy has over 12 years of experience in general management, sales, and marketing of information technology products and services. As the founder of Digital Dreams in 1995, Roy started on his own to provide small businesses with I.T. solutions by finding out what their needs were and fulfilling their requirements. This proved to be successful and the business grew over the next few years to specialise in the design, development and hosting of business websites and Roy is leading the company to constant new heights as clients benefit from the high quality products and services provided.

Roy is also an active member of the community not only through the many organisations that the company is a member of, but also personally and he is currently on the committee of the Burleigh Chamber of Commerce Inc.

Daani Limann - Sales & Marketing Manager
Daani possesses a strong set of communications and marketing skills specialising in customer services and business solutions. Joining Digital Dreams in 2002 as a sales consultant, Daani has progressed with the business, now heading the Sales and Marketing department.

His previous position as a Manager with the Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort, one of over 2600 resorts and hotels worldwide, enabled him harness his skill set in management and relating with people and businesses.

Daani's flair for dealing with clients also stems from the international exposure he has experienced in the numerous countries he has visited over the years. This has only been strengthened by his prior academic achievement including graduating from Griffith University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a major in Marketing.

Denise Gerards - IT Solutions Consultant / Marketing
Denise has a very unique personality that she brings to the Digital Dreams team and she has many years of experience in various facets of dealing with people. Now playing an important role in keeping the brand of the company out there, Denise strives to ensure that Digital Dreams is actively present in the various markets as a quality provider of I.T services.

Internally, she ensures that the company's operations run smoothly by coordinating the day-to-day affairs effortlessly.

Matthew Johnson - Web Designer / SEO
Matthew joined the team in 2005 and is one of our leading website designers with skills including HTML, graphic design, SEO, and marketing, Matthew handles technical support calls from our clients and he can help you when you require assistance.

He is also highly skilled in SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and Google marketing and he is helping many clients to appear higher on search engines and get more traffic to their website.

Mark Wheatman - Programmer / Web Development
Mark joined our team in 2006 and is a skilled programmer and website developer. His skills include HTML, PHP and MySQL which gives him the extensive knowledge and experience required to design and create custom online applications and database solutions.

With previous experience in IT hardware and computer repairs, Mark has a great skillset to troubleshoot and test customised online applications and database systems. Mark also provides technical and customer support, so when you need assistance, he can help.

Leah Gustafson - Web Designer / Online Marketing
Leah's passion is web design, graphic design and all areas of multimedia. Her qualifications include completing a Bachelor Of Arts (Internet Studies) from Curtin University Of Technology and a Diploma of Multimedia at Gold Coast Institute of TAFE. She is proficient in HTML, Flash, CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, various aspects of Video Editing and Fireworks.

Since she joined Digital Dreams in 2007, Leah's primary role has been to design websites and make sure that they are both highly functional and visually stunning. Leah also tutors part time in Mulimedia at Gold Coast Institue of TAFE.
